HOW DOES IT WORK?

I visit your property for a walk-through
analysis, in order to create a customized
design strategy.

I provide you with a quotation based upon the strategic selection of furniture and accessories that perfectly suits the home. This includes design, rental, fuel, labour, transport, installation and removal. 

step 3

Once the staging agreement is signed, I will safely and securely take care of all the necessary arrangements to ensure that your property stands out in the market!

On the agreed date of the staging our professional crew arrives to make your home look its absolute best & POISED for success!

step 5

The staging lasts for one month, after which the inventory is removed. Subsequent months can be arranged, should it be necessary, at a small percentage of the initial staging fee, per month. This is at our discretion provided the inventory is not booked for another staging.
